Long summer days and local innovation has created a community of producers bringing you the best in Tasmanian food and wine.  The Tamar Valley Wine Route was listed in the World’s Top Ten Wine Routes by Essential Travel.  Seven of the wine routes 32 vineyards are within the Provincial Tamar area including Jansz, Bay of Fires and Pipers Brook. In Hillwood, Tasmania’s long tradition with fruit orchards continues as well as strawberries and raspberries.
